When Donald Trump signed the WAR POWERS ACT in March of 2020, he did actually suspend the constitution that was in place at that time , which by this virtue and not on January 21 2021, returned us to constitutional law because shortly before that event took place , Trump had made the corporation of the United States declared unviable and insolvent
