That's Governor Kristi Noem of South Dakota . Irrespective of the fact that it was either the original constitution or the admiralty law corporation constitution,she went the best route possible and assumed it was the original constitution.
Governor Noem did not even entertain the possibility of infringing on anyone rights in South Dakota for ANY REASON real imagined or manufactured.
She is great governor and will ae a great president
