Simply law and order never existed. It was always becomi the fiduciary arm of the political jurisdiction they serve. A good chunk of the men and women that are in law enforcement are in it to truly make a difference in the place of the world they exist in.
But that purity for love of fellow man and country is isnt shared. Especially in the south ,the definition of a viable political boundary jurisdiction is viable is through a term called incorporation. Which means it has a structure of self governance as a business.
The problem with that is with the federal government now being of a constitutional republic and not of a corporation that dissolved,from that level downwards it makes that structure of government to be in jeopardy at best.
Towns and other political jurisprudence rather than finding a viable wayi become profitable and keep a good stucture of funding,the easiest way and completely unconstitutional,law enforcement have been the enforcement arm fthat said political jurisdictions viability.
If this was not to be true,the why inpise a certain level of fine against the convicted offender rather than corrective measures to ensure correction of such violation and behavior?
Probation and imprisonment and following riciditivism are very profitable to the private entire that own most of the correctional facilities because they get paid for each head they count .
To truly address crime the deficiency must be made even as if before the event occurred.
The term correctional facility would mean literally correction.
If a person steals $5,000.00 and gets caught and convicted ,then the victim will be returned by said 9ffender the amount stolen as well as any provable damages directly resulting from the event.
No slap in the wrist probation or swerve around it. A victim under this structure is replenished of what was deficient from said actions proven in court.
Murder would be an eye for an eye situation. You take a life you give yours. No insanity please nothing. Involuntary manslaughter would eh life in prison.
A victim deprived should never have to suffer of the ignorance of others when their actions incur on their being and life.
