D. Amendment 31- The redefinition of what is considered "crime" . "CRIME" by definition will be considered as acts, and not limited to, planning and action that creates loss, deprivation injury, death,monetary loss, disease ,or impact of any sort from person to business etc. Any action of any entity to another that creates an impact negatively is a CRIME.
**UNDER THE AMENDMENT -Any American citizen of majority age assuming full personal responsibility and their activities observed or unobserved ,will no longer face criminal charges from personal behaviors habits and actions that have no impact on minor persons persons chattel livestock business household pets or any entity. When a situation warrants that no impact had been made against anyone except the said person involved is no longer a crime.
E.Amendment 32- AMERICANS FIRST ACT. Any and all legislation budgetary matters any matters of government service voting elections licensure of any kind will only be for American citizens natural born or naturalized.
11. ELIMINATION OF FOR PROFIT LAW ENFORCEMENT AND PRIVATE PRISON PROFITABILITY-ELIMINATION OF PROSECUTION OF VICTIMLESS CRIMES-
The original premise of CORRECTIONS was to rehabilitate and correct unlawful and immoral behavior. Also to rehabilitate incorrigible persons . The goal of corrections is to rehabilitate incorrigible dangerous and reckless behaviors that impact and impose hazards to property persons and their life. And also by definition rehabilitate such behavior to return the individual back into society in a reasonable moral respectable fashion.
JUSTICE is A. The action made through judicial means to enforce the replenishment of any loss incurred from one entity to another to return to the situation before said action took place.
JUSTICE is B.- punishment and retribution for actions from one entity to another which creates bodily harm injury or death. A Eye for an eye referendum to all of these crimes. And as a basis for adjoining state laws and down each level of GOVERNMENT JURISDICTION.
