I witnessed this firsthand. Rich professionals especially from California are paid as operatives to move into poor and smaller cities/communities .

They stay quiet they start showing their money,and In this case, it was a rich legal juris professor moved from California to Valdosta Georgia.

This example is one of many. This individual then created a foundation with circumstances that are psychologically impossible to refuse. Sadly dogs and cats and their disparity of being homeless or euthanized is the sellpoint- for the scheme I am about to tell you of

So in this case a foundation is generated very elaborate website attacking all of the emotions. Well this started by my looking at Craigslist ad and following up .

Through this brief transaction I got some data points .

In actuality my wife rescues dogs. Anyways upon discussion with this guy,I said well what would be your solution to stop the unnecessary euthanasia?

Then he prefaces the conversation.."Well we don't actually rescue the dogs and cats ..we are like the cheerleader and champion for them . "

Then he went into this big sellpoint- that there's regular donors to the foundation who keep the effort for championing the dogs alive. Your job would be to solicit donations to people at this expo event in Valdosta. He droned about the fa t that the expo had him all the way in the back. And reintegrated your job is to get as many donors as possible.

So I asked well what do you do for the dogs ? Where does the money go? So that question wasn't answered but he said oh we help all of these shelters withe events and provide dog food and educate people about the foundation. It's an advertising situation. The more the donor gives the more exposure they get through the foundation . Can you say PAY FOR PLAY?

Next the solution to stop shelters from euthanizing dogs and cats ?No not directly helping the shelter but paying money for and backing an ordinance FORCING residents to get their dogs and acts spayed and neutered. That is beyond unconstitutional. This guy has cozied up to the veteransrian community and to the city council and slicked his way to it actually will be on ballot if we even have elections.

This is a classic act benevolent and holier than thou those who object hate animals. And with this crack of any traditional structure in these victimized communities, with more money there's more power and influence and Georgia is rife with corruption .
