I have a good thought process. I've been crafting this since 2003. Since 1776 this architecture in God given liberty was an experiment,now we must perfect our God given liberty. To do this we must call convention and add a fourth branch of government. The end all of end all. DOMESTIC. The American citizen. We will have the final say in all matters at every level of government jurisdiction. We can veto anything. And by this I have also drafted a 28th amendment. Which puts us in the driver's seat and eliminating the variable of misuse by directly our vote voice control all matters at and in all levels of our government. This also eliminates corporate and foreign nation lobbying because even if the executive branch vetoes an item the domestic branch can override that with a final veto which must be recognized as the final decision.

Right now-we have legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government.

Like I said we add DOMESTIC. We the people.

I drafted a 28th amendment called the AMERICAN CITIZENS ACCOUNTABILITY ACT.

With the context that we directly did NOT have any say in any legislative decisions at any level of government jurisdiction,and as the premise of representative government is to represent the voice and direction of the constituency they represent,

We the people do not have any claim or liability for any decisions made without direct say or opinion. Any debts incurred by said representative government at any and every level of government jurisdiction,are the sole responsibilities and concerns of the lawmakers who made such legislation.

We the people declare those debts belong to the lawmakers. Corporations made of and from this constitutional republic and as God fearing American citizens we were used as collateral to settle foreign debts in the guise of social safety nets. This is theocratic enslavement made by those who ,by the folly of human nature,use the position of self recognized authority for self profitability against the pretext and foundation of what the constitution was designed for.

The constitution was designed for the people to be able to purge the structure of such theocracy and control. The constitution was designed so the people are the final decision makers.

We the people declare independence from the entities and structures that have exploited the current structure of representative government to harm ,kill or steal from the people of this nation.

We the people will have direct and final say in all matters,public,and private, at any and all levels of government jurisdiction. The elected and or appointed officials by virtue of this amendment and subsequent actions, go from being advised to directly obligated to represent and implement the constitutional citizen voice direction of any matter at any level of government jurisdiction.

Any individual who fails to constitutionally comply with this and is in flagrant violation,can be charged with the capital crime of treason.

The definition of treason is to now include what also is representing of a nation,and that is action against the citizens of this nation will now be defined as action against the nation.

Legislators are now tied and obligated to directly represent the people binding by this amendment, without variable of misuse by the previous representative government.

The legislative branch will diirectly implement and create law only by the direction of the people in any level of government jurisdiction without variable of misuse by assumption of representation. People now directly act and have final say in all matters.

The judicial branch now enforces and executes justice with the laws that are ratified within the new structure. The judicial branch is now obligated to make decisions based on the law or statue in this new structure without variable of misuse or opinion.

The executive branch can either sign this into law or veto. When a veto is made by the executive branch ,the domestic branch can either follow the executive branch or final veto and the executive branch is by that decision obligated to sign into law any matter.

We the people declare emancipation from deceptive government structures that by their pretext protect and save citizens when it fact it idenfiies human beings as commodities as collateral. Any debts created without direct citizen approval anre now the burdens of the lawmakers who made those decisions directly .
