The reason why these agencies are closed is because they were NOT LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. they were private companies working with the coproration of the United States . So these agencies were incorporated.
When the United States corporation closesd on 01/21/21-tbis effectively closed -
1. Internal revenue service
2. Social security administration
Both of these were key tie ins with the coproration.
And of course ,DC is closed.
