People whether remotely or onsite work over the phone.

I have been doing this work for 32 years. My very first job was in 1990 for ASI market research calling cold in the phone book to get surveys for the NEILSEN RATINGS for the premiere of the program DNIOSAURS on ABC.

I had several jobs and then I was at Chase Bank starting April of 1996 through Placers temps. Then I became a full-time hire on at Chase. I overachieved. I was a bound of energy. I discovered a fraud handwriting trait on incoming payments in financial data entry that stopped about $6,000,000.00 in losses by stopping a check kiting ring. I also did a fraud symposium with the commissioner of the department of licensing and regulation in the state of Maryland. I fraud symposium because of my knowledgebase.

Some people at chase didn't take too kindly to the energy I had. I was moved in 1997 to another supervisor who was very racist. I was getting good at my music and she took exception to that.

The animosity got to the point that in May of 1999 I suffered a major stroke on the job. My hands and forearms started getting numb then an incredible pain from my wrists all the way up to my chest and I was cramped up and couldn't move.

This company used it's department manager funneling setups on me down to the supervisor . They had done it twice prior trapped and set me up.

That's how jealous people get in the corporate environment. Also this woke mess started way back in the 1990s. I got in trouble with them because they would send groups of us on these diversity meetings.

The second one I finally called it out and said people should be scalednobtheir merit and value not their biometrics. And I even got the orator who was black to listen to me .

Anyways I went through many events of corporate abuse because oen I'm a ball of fire two I'm a patriot. You can't shove pride month down someone's throat and then say oh no you can't do politics.

So I have an answer to this. AMERICAN TELECOMMUTERS CO-OP.

no it's NOT A UNION. it is an oversight review conglomerate of people who know and understand state and federal employment law and who will stand up for any employee who was wrongly terminated or forced to quit.

Like attorneys we will fight for any employee in this industry. We will review , evaluate and compare evidence and statements of the employee and gather data and the same from the employer. At will doesn't mean abuse.

We will mediate all the way to the satisfaction of the employee of the case is viable. The process will weed out fraudlent claims,legitimate claims and badd apples that may poison the industry.

This isn't one sided
The AMERICAN TELECOMMUTERS CO-OP also will make sure that the industry has the most talented skilled and tenured employees in the system. This gives an opportunity and a guarantee to any business or corporation that if they hire a COOP member they are getting by far the best talent for whatever role they need filled.

The AMERICAN TELECOMMUTERS CO-OP will also assist and help bsuienssses find the best talent possible as well.

My plan is to create a database bank of candidates and employees sober can also provide service by keeping good business relationships with the clients we intended to gain by giving hrrme the best talent in this industry and weed out the bad eggs .
