No one ,not an individual, or an entity can override dilute or subvert the authority of the constitution nor suspend it in any way shape or form. Our God given rights are not limited to the framework of the constitution but it is the legislative structure created in this nations inception.
No congressional body, individual or representative,neither have any authority in suspend or otherwise subvert the constitution and bill of rights.
Neither can any business.
The only way through all jurisprudence and context of how the constitution and any amendment change or update is through a chapter V a constitutional convention of states. The result of these conventions will determine if or any change to the constitution and bill of rights. Not any legislation. Not any executive office holder. Not any congressional body or vote.
It is only legal through a convention of states. Nothing else.
